Students from the British school UN club came to Showa Boston to give a presentation for us on February 25th, 2022.
They are specialists in SDGs. My research topic is “Zero hunger,” so they gave us a lot of valuable information about hunger. I learned GMOs and volunteers are very important to reduce hungry people. All UN club students have volunteered many times, so I was surprised about that. We did not have enough opportunities to do volunteer, but they gave some information about a volunteer that we can do easily. I would like to join volunteers, such as working with an NGO and in a food kitchen, and contribute to reducing hungry people. Their presentation was wonderful, and I was impressed. This experience was valuable for us.
