Guest speaker: Sara Wroblewski came to Showa on March 3, 2022
I learned the most important thing is every child has the right to try new things. There’s goal is to bring exceptional enrichment programming to over 240 students in Boston. Entrepreneurial programming provides students the resources to transform their ideas into action. So Core Values are important. It’s youth voice, community, empathy, and humility. By doing those things, students gain confidence with public speaking. LLS is also a keyword. It means Local Leader Spotlights. they’re catalyzing conversations about equality, leadership, and identity in school. There has plug-in (weekly interview), Meet a leader, Get informed, and Give back(donate). Like this, they have a high-quality program for students even in online classes. I haven’t taken that kind of class so I was surprised. I think starting programming for children is important for their future now.
My topic is poverty. The students who are in developing countries can not take those kinds of education, so it should be included as a regular class. A new question is how many percentages of children are interested in programming class? I’d recommend anyone who is interested in education.
